Anderson Township

Located on the east side of Cincinnati off of 275, this location relocated in August 2024 from our one-room rental on Five Mile Road to a larger location on Beechmont Avenue. This location is comfortable and cozy and has water, coffee, and tea at the ready. Parking is plentiful next to the building. You may enter through either the front or side door, but the front door nearest to Beechmont Avenue is closest to our suite, Unit 2.

Fort Thomas-CLOSED DECEMBER 31, 2025

We spent over two years at our wonderful Fort Thomas, KY location at 18 N Fort Thomas Avenue, Suite 310. We decided at the end of 2025 to close this location and consolidate our team and our efforts to our larger Anderson Township Location. If you were already established with Dr. Karly Maines, you can now find her listed at our Anderson Township location, less than 20 minutes away from Fort Thomas.
