  • "I am so grateful my doctor recommended Rakhi Srivastava at Queen City Pelvic Health and Wellness. She felt I would benefit from Rakhi's comprehensive approach that could not be provided in her clinic due to hospital / billing system constraints. The difference in care from Rakhi: 1. She really listened to me and made it more comfortable to discuss my symptoms. 2. She conducted a comprehensive assessment. She was the first health care provider to identify shoulder / cervical tightness as contributor to my lower back / pelvic floor issues. 3. Her treatment addressed muscle / nerve issues from shoulders to toes. 4. She helped me develop a sustainable transition plan. I didn't know that I could feel this good! I have regained mobility, have less pain and am enjoying a more active lifestyle. Thank you Rakhi."

  • "Rakhi is amazing! Before visiting her I’d been to a few specialists including pelvic floor, physical therapy, a holistic nurse practitioner, personal trainer and a specialized chiropractor. I’d basically given up and come to terms with the thought that I had been ruined forever after having 2 kids. The damage to my pelvic floor made it difficult to function throughout the day and by 3:00 I had to lay down and rest on the daily. I honestly thought surgery would be the next best option. Luckily, my OBGYN neighbor told me she would put 100% trust in Rakhi. I called her the next day as a last resort. I kid you not. After 1 visit with Rakhi I could see improvement! Like drastic, shocking, change your life improvement. Most of it was mindset and a few basic changes in the way I was doing things. After a few visits I started to feel like a different person- like my old self again. The person I thought was lost. Not only does she have a completely unique view which is based more on realistic lifestyle adaptations vs unrealistic exercises. She also is interested in you as a person, your goals, and she listens! I have experience with quite a few practitioners and she by far exceeded my expectations. On top of that her studio (office seems to formal) is cozy and quiet. It doesn’t feel overly medical, cold, or intimidating. Don’t waste another minute of your life unhappy with your health. Call her! It’s easy to book, she’s prompt, and she’s centrally located."

  • "I am a married, 62 year old woman who was diagnosed with vaginal atrophy. My gyn prescribed estrogen cream which made me extremely itchy and uncomfortable. There was no lube that would make sex more comfortable. I had just settled to think that maybe intercourse was something of the past. Then I went to a class led by Rakhi, I learned that sex doesn't have to hurt, shouldn't hurt. I went in for an eval and found that some of my pain was from hysterectomy scars. Rakhi recommended products to improve my vaginal moisture and they worked. She recommended a lubricant that worked. She didn't just focus on my pelvic health---she focused on my entire body. She helped me learn how to get rid of bloating and constipation. She worked on my pelvic alignment. It took maybe 4-5 sessions and I was able to have intercourse again! I highly recommend you try her for an eval."

  • "Before working with Queen City Pelvic Health I was concerned about leakage when coughing, sneezing, and especially playing golf. Rakhi was immediately recommended by my GYN when I asked. I had thought only surgery would address leakage and I knew I didn't need that degree of intervention. So I thought I would need to live with it. Rakhi explained the issues in a way that was accessible and non-judgmental. She made it clear that I didn't have to live with the concern and with 'leakage.' The at-home exercises were not difficult or time consuming and I can tell they make a difference! After therapy I can confidently enjoy my golf game without worrying if I am going to 'leak' or where the nearest bathroom is. I highly recommend Rakhi to anyone who asks (and to some who haven't asked)."

  • "I waited 6 months to see Rakhi, and let me tell you, she is the very best. Among all of the providers that have treated my urethral stricture disease and its fallout, Rakhi and Dr. Wood (the reconstructive urologist who did my surgery) are the two who have made the biggest impact on my life as a whole. Beyond just my treatment, Rakhi has been deeply influential in my professional life. Her teachings have impacted not only my nursing, but my coaching. Anyone and everyone who experiences pelvic floor dysfunction, hip pain, postpartum dysfunction, and so many more struggles should really consider seeing Rakhi. I truly cannot speak of her highly enough."

  • “I was recommended pelvic floor therapy following a multi-tiered surgery. I had a partial hysterectomy and prolapse repairs. Even after many months of recovery I still had alot of nerve and tissue pain. My recovery never felt complete. I wanted to take as many steps as I could to prevent that kind of experience again. After my occupational therapy with Rakhi I had my major issues resolved and alot of education and practical knowledge to help me moving forward. I strongly recommend anyone who has had any vaginal childbirth (traumatic or otherwise) to follow up with pelvic floor therapy. Rakhi is amazing and she always made me feel comfortable and understood. It seems like a basic thing but for something so personal it was really appreciated. I hope this helps someone seek the help they need."

  • “Rakhi is an outstanding Pelvic Floor Therapist. I had heard amazing things about her from two doctors, but I had procrastinated setting up the appointment because of the possible awkwardness. Fortunately Rakhi has that rare ability to treat the issue and teach all while making you feel at ease. It was motivating to see change for the better after a month. She built up to more challenging exercises, but when I left, I felt like I could maintain and continue to improve. I would highly recommend Rakhi for Pelvic Floor Therapy."
